    This project is a major renovation to a two story downtown building originally built around 1890 by former Kirksville Mayor, Sam Pickler.  The new Pickler’s Famous will open in Spring of 2009.

    The historic Cochran Building will be renovated into both commercial and residential.   Construction is scheduled to complete in late 2009 or early 2010.
